Over view
VNA rack is also known as Very-Narrow-Aisle-Racking. It refers to a three-dimensional warehouse form that uses a VNA forklift to complete the operation of accessing pallets from high-rise shelves in a narrow aisle. Warehouse shelves are mainly composed of shelves, VNA forklifts, material handling auxiliary equipment, and necessary information processing systems. According to whether the user has the need to pick goods, the matching forklifts are divided into high-level picking-Man-Up and low-level driving-Man-Down driving modes.
Application
1. VNA high-level three-dimensional warehouse shelves are the most widely used in pharmaceuticals, home appliances, machinery/auto parts warehouses, and supermarket distribution centers.
2. VNA is more suitable for storage-type three-dimensional warehouses, which store a large number of goods, frequent goods in and out, and have high picking requirements for goods. For some warehouses that have requirements for the inspection of goods and picking of scattered and small materials, manual operation combined with high-level picking stackers is a very flexible solution.
3. The available clear height of the warehouse is higher than 8M, and the maximum lifting height is not more than 16M according to the VNA forklift limit.
