The beam type rack is composed of columns and beams. The structure is simple, safe and reliable. The load-bearing range is mainly calculated according to the length of the beam. Generally, the load-bearing capacity is more than 1000kg, and it is more widely used in warehouse industry. However, customers come from all walks of life, and the characteristics are diverse, so different types of shelves have also been derived. And then JISE will briefly introduce some of them.
1. Narrow aisle shelves.
Narrow aisle shelves. A derivative of the beam-type rack, the main difference is that the action rail of the "three-way stacking forklift" is installed on the bottom of the rack. It is named because the forklift handling channel is relatively narrow. At the moment when house prices are soaring, it is favored by many customers.

2. Double-deep shelves.
A scissor-type forklift is used, and the shelves are designed to be stored in two rows side by side. The structure is simple, the warehouse utilization rate is high, and the storage capacity is high. Compared with the beam-type shelves, the inventory is doubled, which can alleviate the storage capacity of enterprise warehouses. It is popular among papermaking, plastic products, packaging and other industries.
3. Gravity shelves.
Its structure is similar to that of the beam type, except that a roller track inclined at 3-5° is installed on the beam. The goods are transported by a forklift to the loading port of the rack, and the pallet automatically slides to the other end of the loading port by its own weight. Due to the buffer device at the lowest part of the ramp and the pick-up separation device
deepens the difficulty of design, manufacture and installation, and the cost is higher. It is more suitable for enterprises with strong capital and strict requirements for "first-in first-out" of goods.

The above are the three commonly used types of shelves derived from beam type shelves. Customers only need to choose according to their own characteristics and needs, or to be recommended by our professionals to determine the most suitable type of shelf.
