Purpose & Challenge
Led by Galaxis Technology 'Top 10 Warehouse Automation Solutions Providers in APAC 2022' to provide a new warehouse and automated storage services for an e-commerce platform. The construction period is urgent and the requirements are high, so we are invited to participate in the installation and design project.
Our response
JISE's experienced management team provided comprehensive technical support, planning the site of the new facility and participating in the communication and design of fire management after initial communication and commissioning and installation of samples to ensure the safety and health of employees and items.
In the initial phase of the project, our communication with the client aimed to develop a conceptual operational design for evaluating the new warehouse and retail space. After detailing the process flow, layout, operation instructions, and personnel requirements, install the equipment in accordance with the newly planned specifications
The Finished Outcome
In just three months, JISE's internal team completed the building and retail decoration of the warehouse. JISE will continue to provide regular safety inspections and shelving supplies, as well as servicing buildings to address potential future concerns for customers.
