Production Introduction
The telescopic fork is used as the actuator of the shuttle. The length of the fork should be smaller than the width of the roadway, the width of the fork should be smaller than the clearance of the transferred goods, and the extension length should meet the requirements of the depth of the shelf.
Composition structure
There are various types of telescopic forks for shuttle vehicles, including bottom pallet type, conveyor belt type, and clamping type. In the design, the clamping type is adopted, the structure is simple, and the material can be picked up and placed quickly; the two-stage fork structure is adopted, and the travel between the fork plates at each level is multiplied to achieve a large distance.
The telescopic fork is designed to be composed of an outer telescopic arm, a middle telescopic arm, an inner fixing plate, a two-stage conveyor belt dragging system, and a drive system located below, which are installed symmetrically on the left and right, as shown in the figure.
