Product Description
Drive in racking system is drive in and drive through racking and drive through pallet racking. JISE can design drive in drive through racking system for customer’s warehouse.
The drive in / through racks are the highly integrated system which is very suitable for massive storage and pick-up. For different warehousing management purposes, the system could be settled by First-In-Last-Out (FILO) mode or First-In-First-Out (FIFO) mode. FILO mode is suitable for the goods with long-term or no expiration warranty, such as electrical products, clothes and shoes, office supplies, tobacco etc., and the FIFO mode is usually applied for short-time validation products with pack-to-deliver purpose in manufacture warehousing facilities, such as pharmaceutical products, food and drinks etc.
JISE Drive-in racking (drive-through racking) is a continuous overall racking system; The JISE drive-in racking adopts the pallet access mode, which is suitable for storing single and large quantities of goods;
The vertical orientation of JISE drive in racking only relies on the top beam and bracing to connect the system as a whole. The depth direction of the racking is mainly through the combination of the support and pallet rail for placing the pallet goods, so as to connect the frame into a whole. It is mainly assembled by frame, guide rail, pallet support, top beam & top bracing, back spacer & back bracing and foot protector, etc.
