Product Description
Push Back Rack same as push back system and push rack system, By using roller rail system and pallet with rollers and under the influence of gravity, push back racking can achieve “first in and late out” easily, in and out from the same way. It is used for storing large quantity of goods with the same kind, and make full use of the space. The depth of the racking should be less than that of five pallets’. The weight of the single pallet with goods is normally less than 1500kg.
Push Back Racking is a system where there are rollers on the racking that allows the fork lift truck to push back the pallets to allow one pallet to be stored in the front of another.
The Material box or pallets are put on the trolley from outside, the subsequent material box or pallets will push the prior back up a channel rail. The Roller Rail is inclined track. When the outboard material box or pallet is taken away, then the inside one will slide down automatically and take into position.
Features & Advantages:
High densities – three and four deep systems are common, which allows blocks of 6 or 8 deep with back to back rows. Depths of up to 6 deep are also available,and the costs are in a higher level.
Efficiency – Drive-In – trucks do not need to drive into rack loads come to them at the pick face.
