Product Description
Double deep racking and double deep storage are double deep racking system.This is a very effective system to increase your warehouse storage capacity especially for fast movements of pallets. The double deep racking is designed to store two pallets deep or four pallets deep in a double entry rack to suit most warehouse conditions. Double entry racks reduce the aisle to rack ratio but also reduce pallet selectivity to increase storage density. With a floor utilization capacity of 60%, this system offers optional storage accessories for awkward and non-standard loads. It gives a 50% immediate accessibility and an average stock rotation performance. Double Deep Pallet Rack gives you 30% extra storage capacity compared to selective pallet rack. A special Double Reach Truck is required to handle this configuration.

Upright Frame
The bolted pallet rack system consists of 2 perforated uprights (standard finish electrostatic epoxy blue RAL 5017). Lattice bracing is made out of roll-out C-shape or tube profiles. The uprights are equipped with base plates and are fixed to the floor by anchoring bolts.
Beam
JISE beams consist of hollow profiles with beam end connectors welded to each end to connect with the uprights. Beam end connectors are available with 3 or 4 pins. Beams have an electrostatic epoxy powder coat (standard finish orange RAL 2004). Safety pins are also available to prevent the beams from unhooking.
